HVAC Service Online Training
Miscellaneous: Online classes are free to attendees. Classes are conducted via Microsoft Teams. Upon registration, a link will be emailed to you for the session.
Classes are subject to a minimum enrollment and to change without notice. Instructor is an US Air Conditioning Distributor employee in the Customer Assurance Department.
RSVP’s and Cancellations: Please pre-register for seminars. RSVP’s can be done by completing a registration form and submitting by email. RSVP’s and cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Student substitutions are always welcome if the registrant is unable to attend.
Class minimum is 10 and will be cancelled if there is not enough interest.

This focus class covers Venstar thermostats and troubleshooting issues. Where to find manuals and troubleshooting guides, help with Wi-Fi and Skyport connection issues, remote sensors, multiple install connection issues, common issues, and how to resolve them will be discussed. This class is good for installers, service technicians and managers. Instructor is Matthew Getz and class hours are 7:00-8:00 am PST. Two dates to choose from.
